Two new major works – The Wallace Collection: Catalogue of Glass and Limoges Painted Enamels by Suzanne Higgott and Masterpieces of European Arms and Armour in the Wallace Collection by Tobias Capwell – will shed light on fascinating and less widely known areas of the Collection. New research by curators Tobias Capwell and Suzanne Higgott will help bring these world-class collections to the fore, on a par with the wonderful paintings and 18th-century decorative arts for which the Collection is perhaps better known.

Through these two new works readers can not only enjoy a taste of beautiful objects which were the height of fashion at the time they were made, but also share and experience something of the thrill Sir Richard Wallace must have felt when gathering together these significant and magnificent collections. The books will be available from mid-October and can be bought online from our shop.
