Annual support from the Benefactors of the Wallace Collection makes it possible for us to pursue our most crucial activities such as research, conservation, educational programmes and temporary exhibitions. As part of the Wallace Collection family, Benefactors are invited to join Director, Dr Christoph Vogtherr, and the curators to explore the rich cultural history assembled within the Collection.
Benefits of becoming a Benefactor
If you would like to join the Benefactors, please download and print the Benefactors Application Form.
Please note that for the purposes of calculating Gift Aid we are required to split your Benefactors membership payment into subscription and donation portions.
For any further information relating to the Benefactors, Gift Aid, splitting your gift, payments from CAF or charitable trusts and foundations, and donating via CAFAmerica, please contact the Development Office on +44 (0)20 7568 9558 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Tax Effective Giving
Gift Aid allows us to claim a further 25% on your donation from the Inland Revenue at no extra cost to you.
The giver must be a UK taxpayer and must have paid an amount of tax that at least equals the tax being reclaimed on the donation. UK tax paid on income, capital gains and savings all qualify.
To take advantage of Gift Aid, please fill in the Gift Aid Declaration on the donation form.
The Wallace Collection has an account with CAF America to enable US tax payers to make tax effective donations.
To make a gift to the Wallace Collection via CAF America, please complete the Gift Form and simply put 'The Wallace Collection' in the 'Suggest a foreign nonprofit' text box. For stock and cheque donations, please ensure you send a gift form along with your donation as CAFAmerica will not be able to process the donation without one.
You can also make online donations to the Wallace Collection via CAFAmerica simply put 'The Wallace Collection' in the 'Suggest a foreign nonprofit' text box.
If you require further information please contact the Wallace Collection Development Office on 020 7563 9558.
