We are open daily from 10.00–17.00.
Entry to the permanent collection is free.

- Visitor lockers are provided and free to use. Read our Visitor Locker and Bag Search Policy here. The maximum size of any item allowed in the museum is 56cm x 25cm x 45cm.
- See our photography policy. You are welcome to take photographs for personal use, with no flash or tripods.
- Appropriately trained assistance dogs are welcome throughout the Wallace Collection. To find out more, see our Access information.
- Please note, parts of the museum may close at short notice. Arms and Armour III Gallery will be closed the 26 and 28 February 2025. East Gallery II and III will be closed 24-28 February 2025.
- Please note, Grayson Perry: Delusions of Grandeur will be closed between 10.00-11.15 BST the 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 24 June 2025, 1, 8, 15, and 16 July 2025, 16, 23, and 30 September 2025, and 7 October 2025.
- Please note, our restaurant will close at 16.00 on Wednesday 9 April 2025.
