We are open daily from 10.00–17.00.
Entry to the permanent collection is free.
Please note, the entire museum will be closed Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 January 2025.

- Visitor lockers are provided and free to use. Read our Visitor Locker and Bag Search Policy here. The maximum size of any item allowed in the museum is 56cm x 25cm x 45cm.
- See our photography policy. You are welcome to take photographs for personal use, with no flash or tripods.
- Appropriately trained assistance dogs are welcome throughout the Wallace Collection. To find out more, see our Access information.
- Frans Hals's The Laughing Cavalier (P84) is currently on loan to the Gemäldegalerie, Berlin exhibition, Frans Hals: Master of the Fleeting Moment (12 July to 3 November 2024), and will be off display until November 2024.
